Any negotiations and discussions within Mediation are treated on a without prejudice basis and the Courts will not take such discussions into consideration should the matter proceed to litigation..
The Costs of Mediation should not be prohibitive. We apply a transparent pricing structure.
The Court, on the application of any of the parties or of its own motion, may, when it considers it appropriate and having regard to all the circumstances direct the parties to consider engaging in Mediation.
This code of conduct sets out a number of principles to which individual mediators may voluntarily decide to commit themselves, under their own responsibility.
